We dropped everything and headed to the Bieszczady Mountains—10 years of oneDynamics in Arłamów

Ten years, over 320 projects, and more than 70 experts on board. You don’t celebrate an occasion like this on Teams. That’s why we shut down our laptops for a few days, packed our bags, and headed to Arłamów to celebrate oneDynamics’ tenth anniversary together.
10 Years of oneDynamics
We started out in 2016 as a company with just a dozen or so employees. Today, we carry out projects in more than 20 countries, including for large, international organizations.
It's been an intense decade. That's exactly why we wanted to pause for a moment, look back, and just enjoy it.
Team-building trip: finally face to face
We work remotely on a daily basis. We talk every day, work together to solve our clients’ problems, and deliver projects, but we rarely see each other in person.
In Arłamów, we were able to make up for it. There was more laughter than at any other meeting, and we talked more about everything other than projects—yet work-related topics kept coming up anyway. That’s just the charm of a team of consultants and developers.
A company is made up of people
Over the past ten years, technologies, the scale of our projects, and the markets in which we operate have changed. One thing has remained the same: it is our people, above all, who define the kind of company we are.
Thank you to everyone who has helped build oneDynamics with us over the years. To those who were with us in the Bieszczady Mountains, and to those who couldn’t make it this time. We’d also like to thank the people who organized the trip. We’re coming back recharged and ready for the next decade!
Technologies and the scale of our operations change from year to year, but the team remains the foundation of oneDynamics. The moments we share outside of projects strengthen what we build every day.
