oneDynamics at the AI Hackathon in Milan

The oneDynamics team participated in an intensive AI hackathon in Milan, organized by ALSO Group, Microsoft, and Garage48. Over the course of 48 hours, 14 teams from across Europe worked on their own ideas that leveraged the capabilities of AI agents.

The event provided an opportunity not only to develop and test new solutions, but also to exchange experiences with partners and experts from the European Microsoft ecosystem.

48 hours of work on AI-powered solutions

The hackathon format involved two days of intensive work on each team’s own solution. The teams progressed through the various stages of designing, configuring, programming, testing, and developing their ideas.

oneDynamics was represented at the event by Piotr Gaszewski, Daniel Pawłowski, Łukasz Wicorek, Mateusz Baldys, and Adam Sobczyk.

Our team decided to draw on our experience in enterprise sales and handling complex RFPs.

PreSales Navigator Agent – the result of a hackathon

Within 48 hours, PreSales Navigator Agent was created—an AI agent designed to support the process of preparing responses to large RFPs.

The solution supports, among other things, the analysis of documentation, the preparation of a technology fit-gap analysis, the identification of requirements needed for estimation and pricing, and the creation of the project scope and bid response.

The project was a practical example of how AI capabilities and AI agents can be used to solve a specific business problem.

A Hackathon as a Space for Sharing Experiences

Another important part of the event was the discussions and networking with participants from all over Europe. The hackathon provided an opportunity to compare different approaches to the use of AI, learn about other teams’ ideas, and collectively explore future directions for agent-based technology.

For oneDynamics, participating in such events is an opportunity to simultaneously develop technological expertise, experiment with new solutions, and exchange experiences with partners operating within the Microsoft ecosystem.
