What Is FastTrack Portfolio Partner?

FastTrack Portfolio Partners are a group of Microsoft partners who have established their own Center of Excellence for Dynamics 365 and use it to oversee their entire portfolio of projects. The partners on this list collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack and apply Success by Design practices in their Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations. Microsoft’s list includes international consulting firms and implementation partners from around the world, and oneDynamics is the only company among them that was founded and has grown in Poland.

Success by Design in Practice

Success by Design is an approach that Microsoft developed based on the FastTrack team’s experience to help project teams implement Dynamics 365. Under this approach, the project undergoes reviews at key stages: from the Solution Blueprint Review, which verifies the solution’s assumptions at the very beginning, through implementation reviews covering, among other things, the data model, security, integrations, and testing strategy, all the way to the Go-live Readiness Review before the system goes live. This ensures that risks are identified before they become problems.

The Advisory Team in the Center of Excellence Model

Our projects are overseen by a team of Advisors who operate according to the Center of Excellence model. They ensure consistent standards and best practices in every implementation, and we also collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack.
