Microsoft is changing the prices of select services effective October 1, 2026.

Effective October 1, 2026, Microsoft will be adjusting the prices of select services and subscriptions. The update will affect, among other things, certain Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and Office 365 plans, as well as additional OneDrive storage.

For organizations using these services, this means they will need to take the new rates into account when planning future purchases, license renewals, and IT budgets.

Which Microsoft services are affected by the price changes?

The changes will include, among other things:

• Exchange Online – Plan 1, Plan 2, Archiving, and Kiosk,
• Microsoft 365 Apps for Business,
• Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise,
• Office 365 E1 and E3, including the EEA versions without Microsoft Teams,
• additional OneDrive storage.

For P1Y/Y settlements , the price increase for the specified products will be approximately 6.25%.
