RE:FRAME 2026 ERP Conference: How to Choose an ERP System So You Won’t Regret It After Implementation?

How do you choose an ERP system? What happens to it after go-live? And which system won the ERP Champion 2026 title? The ERP RE:FRAME 2026 Congress took place on October 14 in Warsaw, and Łukasz Bratko attended on behalf of oneDynamics.
Decisions Made Before Implementation
Karol Maluchnik, the event’s organizer and founder, opened the conference alongside the Program Council’s Presidium. The first presentation was delivered by Eric Kimberling of Third Stage Consulting Group. He spoke about the decisions that should be made before launching an ERP project. The morning was rounded out by presentations from Maciej Szymański of Bielik.AI on whether AI will replace ERP consultants, and Piotr Śledź of IT.integro on the development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
ERP in Manufacturing, Retail, and After Go-Live
During the debates on industry and trade, participants discussed how ERP systems perform in the day-to-day operations of manufacturing and retail companies. The CIO debate, featuring representatives from Żabka, Benefit Systems, Medicover, and Bosch, focused on what happens to the system after implementation is complete: maintenance, development, and decisions made after go-live.
At the conference, Łukasz noticed a slight uptick in the ERP market. Companies are once again looking for new systems, so the question of making the right choice is particularly relevant today.
ERP RING Finals: Business Central Named ERP Champion 2026
The day concluded with the ERP RING finals. Four systems—previously selected by the community through an online vote—faced off on stage. In the final, the winner was chosen by the conference attendees through a live vote. The title of ERP Champion 2026 went to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, represented in the ring by IT.integro. It’s always a pleasure to see such results from the technology we work with every day.
We'd like to thank the organizers for sharing so much knowledge, and we congratulate IT.integro on their victory!
Solutions based on Microsoft technologies are increasingly designed primarily to simplify work, and real benefits do not always require a significant investment.
