The Challenge

The Challenge

Sales conducted in multiple countries and languages required a common CRM system and a consistent connection to ERP processes.

The organization lacked a unified CRM environment to manage sales across multiple markets. Sales and service processes in the manufacturing and service companies were partially manual. An additional challenge was inconsistent customer, order, and inventory data, which hampered business analysis and planning. The project's goal was to create a common CRM and ERP model that would integrate sales, order, and operational data and enable process standardization across companies.

Many countries and languages

Sales were conducted in different locations without a single common CRM system.

Manual processes

Some sales and service activities were performed manually.

Inconsistent data

Customer, order and inventory data was scattered across different systems.
