We've come a long way over the past 10 years. A new chapter lies ahead.

Not every change begins with the need to become someone else. Sometimes it happens because the way a company presents itself to the world no longer keeps pace with who it has truly become.
For oneDynamics, that moment has arrived right now—in the year of our 10th anniversary.
A lot has changed over the past decade. We’ve expanded our team, our expertise, and the scope of our operations. From an organization of just a dozen or so people, we’ve grown into a company of over 70 employees, taking on increasingly large and complex projects—including those for enterprise-level organizations and clients operating internationally.
What has not changed, however, is what has been the foundation of oneDynamics from the very beginning: people, values, and the belief that technology should drive business growth.
That is why rebranding is not a change in direction. It is a natural outcome of the path we have taken and the ambitions we bring with us as we move into the coming years.

A brand that reflects who we really are and how we operate today
We needed a brand that was mature enough for the largest organizations and strong enough to support our international ambitions. At the same time, it still had to feel like “ours” enough so that we wouldn’t lose the energy, agility, and customer focus that got us where we are today.
The new brand identity is therefore more than just a refreshed logo, color scheme, or typography. It symbolizes the stage we have reached as an organization and the direction we want to take moving forward.
Because we no longer want to just follow leaders. We want to be the leaders that others follow.
Two worlds. One advantage.
At the heart of the new brand lies something that has been part of oneDynamics from the very beginning: conscious dualism.
On the one hand, Microsoft Technology—scale, security, innovation, and the strength of a global ecosystem.
On the other hand, oneDynamics DNA—boutique consulting, expertise, agility, a close relationship with the client, and the ability to understand the business before we even start talking about technology.
This tension isn't a compromise. It's our advantage.
As we grow, we want to preserve what has brought us to this point: quick decision-making, accountability, quality, and direct contact. We want to be big where scale gives us an advantage, and remain “small” where agility, proximity, and the ability to quickly turn a good idea into action matter most.
Scale—yes. Corporate inertia—definitely not.

More than just the values outlined in the brand book
The new brand defines who we are based on four values:
oneVision —a shared vision and ambition.
oneTeam - people, relationships, and partnerships.
oneTechnology - Technology and Innovation.
oneAdvisory — experience, quality, boutique consulting, and customer experience.
However, we don’t treat them as mere slogans. A brand isn’t created in a brand book. It’s built every day—through conversations with clients, the quality of our projects, the decisions we make, our collaboration with partners, and the support we provide to someone on the team.
Our new brand identity allows us to better showcase this story to the outside world. But oneDynamics is still, first and foremost, made up of people.
Welcome to the next chapter
The first 10 years laid the foundation. The new brand is meant to help us share where we're headed next.
Greater opportunities, new customers, emerging technologies, and increasingly international ambitions lie ahead of us. We look back with pride on what we’ve already built. We approach what still lies ahead with humility. And we believe that the best chapters of this story are yet to be written—together.
10 years of oneDynamics. Welcome to the next chapter.
